  • The framing options shown for each print are suggestions for you. The artwork prints shipped to you are not framed.

  • The sizes mentioned are of the actual artwork area. The print you receive will be slightly larger to accommodate a border around the artwork area for mat placement while framing.

  • The A-sizes are approximate and just for reference, to make it simple for you to imagine the size of the print

  • Art prints are of 2 types : Photo-prints and Archival prints. Archival canvas prints are fine art prints of premium quality. The artwork is printed via a technique called Giclée printing to ensure longevity, crispness and depth of color. These prints tend to look like actual paintings, rather than prints. Photo prints are a more economical alternative to archival prints. 

  • Smaller print sizes are ideal for propping up on desks, or as gifts. Larger print sizes are ideal for wall art.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is free within India. For international orders, a flat rate of 3500 INR is charged for orders less than 10,000 INR. Orders of 10,000 INR or more qualify for free shipping internationally.

  • The delivery time for art prints within India is between 5 to 10 days. For locations outside of India, the delivery time is between 10-15 days.

  • Prints are shipped either rolled in sturdy tubes or placed in a flat carton, depending on the size of the print.

  • You will receive an email with a live link to track the couriered parcel once it is shipped.

Returns and Replacements

There may be minor differences in colors in the physical prints from what you see on screen. These do not qualify as grounds for replacement.

You can get replacements for prints in case of quality issues or damages during transit. Please be prepared to share images and a video for verification. Please email shibanic19@gmail.com to initiate any replacement

Payments

Payments are via the Razorpay payment gateway, a secure payment gateway which accepts all major international currencies.
Paypal is in the process of being activated to accept payments.

All payments are pre-paid (no Cash on Delivery (COD))

Care  Instructions

  • Gently wipe the print with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid scrubbing.

  • Ensure that no liquids splash onto the print.

  • Minimize direct exposure to sunlight
